Co-Packing vs. Private Labeling
Most people confuse the terms “co-packing” and “private labeling.” They are not the same, however, and there are some significant differences between them.
Co-Packing
Co-packing refers to contract packing, contract packaging, or contract manufacturing. In a nutshell, a third party manufactures, packages and labels products for its clients using the client’s proprietary formula(s).
Some co-packers perform limited operations, with all ingredients provided by the client. Others provide purchasing services for ingredients, as well as shipping and logistics operations. Co-packing fees vary from project to project.

Private Labeling
Private labeling refers to products manufactured by one company (e.g., Clover Farms milk, fruit drinks or Icy Teas) for sale under another company’s private label/brand. In other words, you will put your label on our existing beverages.
In some cases, an exclusive formula can be created for you, or our current formula can be adjusted to meet your needs. Under a private label agreement, Clover Farms procures the ingredients and manufactures the product(s) while retaining ownership of the Icy Tea formula.
With private labeling, clients have the opportunity to create an image for their brand. Whether building on an existing brand identity or creating a new one, private labeled products can make your brand recognizable.

MILK
Clover Farms milk gets its unique, great taste from dedication to monitoring quality, special care, and attention to detail in the processing and packaging steps of production. We retain great taste, while reducing fat and preserving important vitamins and minerals. All Clover Farms milk is fortified with Vitamin A and D.
FRUIT DRINKS
Clover Farms fruit drinks are high quality, unique tasting, inexpensive alternatives to our 100% fruit juices. Flavors include lemonade, pink lemonade, fruit punch, orange drink and grape drink.
ICY TEAS
Icy Teas are specially formulated from the finest tea ingredients and sugars and flavored to meet everyone’s tea desires. These ready-to-drink regular and diet iced tea are available in flavors, such as lemon, peach, raspberry, and lemonade, as well as sweet tea and green tea.
