Clover Farms has gone through many changes since our founding 80-plus years ago in the rich, rolling hills of Pennsylvania Dutch dairy country. In 1937, we started by milking cows, bottling the milk in glass bottles, and delivering door-to-door via horse-drawn wagons.
Today, we are the largest privately owned dairy company in PA, processing fluid milk, heavy cream, Icy Tea, fruit drinks, spring water, as well as eggnog, buttermilk, cottage cheese, sour cream, creamers, and other delicious products, for distribution to many local and regional stores, restaurants, schools and other institutions.
Drivers pick up fresh milk from our local family owned dairy farm partners, where it is stored in refrigerated stainless steel tanks. The milk is transferred into similar refrigerated tanks on Clover Farms milk transport trucks and delivered into refrigerated holding tanks at our dairy, where it is processed immediately to ensure the freshest of dairy products for customers.

Basic Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with a “clean” driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and physical capabilities test
- Ability to pass a Clover Farms road test
- Ability to safely operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively
Responsibilities
- Load, unload and deliver a wide variety of dairy products, juices, and Icy Teas to various local locations within assigned route schedule and time windows
- Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Complete required logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and OSHA and Clover Farms safety standards
- Maintain trucks and equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Use of handheld electronic devices
- Comply with all Company personal appearance standards
- Represent Clover Farms positively and professionally in our communities
