Clover Farms Job Requirements

While we prefer hiring experienced, licensed drivers, we are fully willing to train candidates. If you meet most of the qualifications, fill out an application, and we’ll work out whether we can train you up to meet the needs we have for any of our many positions.

A Clover Farms Class A CDL driver must drive a heavy, insulated tank, straight-style truck. You’ll be responsible for the pickup, transfer, and delivery of milk among the farms we work with, our dairy processing center, and other destinations. We also offer Class B and other positions as well.

A day in the life of one of our drivers consists of the following expectations:

  • Keeping to a set schedule and route
  • Complete daily reports and logbooks
  • Adhere to DOT regs as well as OSHA and Clover Farms safety guidelines
  • Ensure trucks and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely all of the time
  • Deliver a range of Clover Farms products including milk, dairy, juice, fruit drinks, Icy Teas, etc. to our many regional destinations
  • Load and unload cold products for the customer
  • Operate handheld devices to conduct business
  • Deliver and pickup with a great attitude and provide Clover Farms worthy customer service
  • Represent Clover Farms appropriately at all times
  • Drive combo vehicles in all weather conditions
  • Communicate effectively at all times
