Class B Driver Opportunities & Responsibilities
A Class B CDL entitles you to operate single vehicles weighing 26,001 pounds or more without a trailer, such as straight trucks and box trucks. You may also operate any vehicle towing a trailer that weighs less than 10,000 pounds.

Our drivers are responsible for loading, unloading and delivering a wide variety of dairy products, juices, and Icy Teas to various local locations within assigned route schedule and time windows throughout our delivery area.
Class A CDL drivers will be required to operate a heavy (over 26,001 lbs) insulated tank-type straight truck, or tractor-trailer combination, to support scheduled pick up, transportation, and delivery between farms, dairy, and other designated commercial locations. Class B CDL drivers are typically required to drive “straight trucks” (or trucks with axels attached to a single frame).
Our drivers also serve as our sales people and interact with customers on a daily basis to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. The best part of the job is that your schedule will permit you to be home every night and enjoy family time (no over-the-road or long-haul positions).
Basic Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a “clean” driving record and a tanker endorsement; or
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License;
- “Clean” driving record;
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and physical capabilities test;
- Ability to pass a Clover Farms road test;
- Ability to safely operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions;
- Ability to communicate effectively.
