In some cases, an exclusive formula can be created, or our current formula can be adjusted to meet your needs. Under a private label agreement, Clover Farms retains ownership of the formula.
Co-packing, in contrast, is a process in which a manufacturer like Clover Farms produces and packages your proprietary formula under a contractual agreement. You retain all rights to the formula, and the manufacturer agrees not to produce or share the formula without permission. Customers are typically required to pay a co-packing fee that varies from project to project. ***Clover Farms does not offer co-packing.
